Description:
A Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Developer resource is needed for the OCFS Data Warehouse/CONNECTIONS Reporting Module. The DW is sourced from the agency's major child welfare case management related systems: CONNECTIONS, CCRS, and WMS. The Data Warehouse effort consists of multiple sub-projects. The efforts over the next period will include priorities including: Kinship Guardianship Assistance program Reporting Module; Casework Contact reporting; Risk Assessment details Reporting Module; Family assessment Service Plans Analysis Reporting Module; National Youth in Transition Database reporting Module Modifications; B2H and Health Reporting Module; StatsPop Redesign and Building JJIS Data Mart; Load Issue resolutions; Load inquires; Phase II Load monitoring; 2nd level testing of issues and code fixes; CONNECTIONS Quarterly Build changes; Infrastructure upgrades and enhancements (Cognos and Oracle upgrades); and more.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Work in coordination with a team of developers to expand the current Data Warehouse.
Work with Business Analyst & customers on analysis and logical design for mappings and ETL.
Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
Perform complex PL/SQL coding in a Data Warehouse environment.
Assist with responding to Juvenile Justice data requests.
The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Technical Lead & Project Manager.
Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL

Programmer
Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.
Maintenance (Including production support), enhancement and development work.
Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions.
Expert 84
Months - Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.


Requested
Qualifications:
84 months experience in a data warehouse setting as a developer utilizing an enterprise data warehouse with dependent data marts.
60 months experience using advanced Extract/Transform/Load techniques including bulk select, bulk insert, arrays, dynamic SQL and developing detailed incremental ETL processes.
48 months experience building, maintaining and optimizing Data Marts for efficient usage by applications and users for such tasks as reporting.
60 months experience in an Oracle Data Warehouse as a developer performing development work.
84 months experience using PL/SQL
48 months experience developing and testing maps in Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Informatica, including data versioning techniques.
Bachelor's Degree. Proof of Education for all candidates are to be submitted with all responses.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
