Passes NYS inspection requirements.
BUT, Not perfect:
Front fender bender repaired choke not working (runs fine without) radio, heater fan, dash lights not in operation needs kick plates (can be fabricated) under dash on driver and passenger side Great summer drive for grandkids, car shows, and even photo ops for newlyweds, etc.
